We want all our customers to be happy with purchases made through our Website. If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept product returns if received by us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, subject to the requirements set forth below.
Returns & Exchanges
For all retail sales, the following conditions apply:
- Products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returns are subject to a 15% Restock Service Fee.
- Your first size exchange will not be assessed a fee. Each subsequent size exchange will incur a 15% Restock Service Fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@acelinkusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process the return. After the return has reached our facility, please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
